By accessing or using LawOfficeAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, strictly do not use our services.
LawOfficeAI provides a SaaS platform for legal case management, document automation, and financial tracking. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your professional business.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that any legal documents generated by our AI tools should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before use. LawOfficeAI is a tool, not a replacement for professional legal judgment.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of access. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial months.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
LawOfficeAI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca.
