We stand behind the quality of LawOfficeAI. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or upgrade. To claim your refund, simply email our billing support team at contact@lawofficeai.online with your account email and transaction ID.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your LawOfficeAI dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain full access to your subscription tier until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further automatic renewals or recurring charges will be processed.
  • There are no cancellation penalties or hidden termination fees.

3. Merchant of Record & Billing Support

Merchant of Record: All orders, payments, invoicing, and refund transactions for LawOfficeAI are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (or Paddle Inc. / Paddle Payments).

Paddle provides official invoicing, tax compliance (VAT/Sales tax), fraud protection, and tier-1 buyer support for all financial transactions.
